RULES AND REGULATIONS |

| Due
to our proximity to the Gasparilla Island Water Association Well Fields, the following rules MUST be followed. No exceptions can be permitted! |

No maintenance of any type can be done to the bottom of
the boat. This includes scraping of barnichols on the hull. |

| No pressure washing can be done. | ||
| No fuel transfers can occur. | ||
| Bilge pumps must be disconnected and no bilge can be drained in the yard. | ||
| No hazardous chemicals of any type can be used on the premises. | ||
| No containers of any type can be stored under the vessel. | ||
| Minor work is allowed inside the cabin area as long as no chemicals are used. | ||
| All outside contractors must report to the office and provide proof of insurance before any work may be done. | ||
| Individuals must supply their own ladders, extension cords, tarps and other necessary items. | ||
| Individuals will not have access to the yard without first checking in at the office. | ||
| Pets are allowed as long as watched over and picked up after. | ||
